Getting an Error about Resolution when Starting the Test on a Chromebook

If your students are getting a Display Resolution error when trying to launch the lockdown browser on Chromebook...download the document and follow the instructions to reset the Chromebook resolution.

The basic instructions are:

1. Exit the lockdown browser
2. Have the student log into their Chromebook
3. Set Internal Display to 100%
4. Log out of the Chromebook
5. Relaunch the lockdown browser
