This document explains some features of the Review Screen. When a student moves past the last question on the test or last question in a section, they are given a chance to review the items on the Review Screen.
The Review Screen shows students which questions have been attempted...it is important to remember that attempted is not the same as completely answered.
When this student completed the test, this is what the review screen looked like.

1: A single select multiple choice question where the student made a selection.
2: A question made up of two separate questions, Part 1 and Part 2 where the student only answered the first part.
3: A multi-select question where the student only made one choice instead of two.
4: A single select multiple choice question where the student didn't make a choice.
You can see what each of these questions looked like by scrolling to the bottom of the article.
It is good practice to use the hover to see more information about each question.
Hover over 1
shows us that the question has been Attempted

Hover over 2
shows us that this question has only been Partially Attempted. On this question, the student only answered Part 1 of a 2 Part question. They only answered the multiple choice and not the extended text.

Hover over 3
shows us that this question has been Attempted. This question is a little tricky since the student only chose to select one answer from the selection list instead of two answers. ADAM is only going to remind the student when a question hasn't been attempted at all.

Hover over 4
shows us that this question has not been attempted at all, it looks like the student skipped it completely.
