If you are a District Test Coordinator, your ADAM account will be created by LDOE.
If you are a School Test Coordinator or other technical ADAM user, your account will usually be created by your District Coordinator or another coordinator at your school.
When your account is created in ADAM, you should receive an automated welcome email from no_reply@mzdevinc.com that contains a temporary URL. Check your spam folder if a welcome email you are expecting has not been received.

If you are a DTC and haven't received your Welcome Email, follow the steps in this guide.
Request a Forgot Password Email from ADAM
It might seem strange to request a new password when you haven't received your first one. This is the best self service way to generate an email for you to get set up.
- Go to www.adamexam.com
- Select Forgot password? from the Login screen.
- Enter your district email address and press the Send Reset Email.
- You will receive an email from no_reply@mzdevinc.com that contains a temporary URL.
- Click the link in the welcome email to gain access to ADAM. You will be asked to create a new password for your account. Please note that the password link in the welcome email can only be used once. The email link expires after 24 hours.
The email should be sent to you right away. If you don't receive the 'Reset Password' email, please contact support. They will work to verify your status as a District Coordinator and help you log into ADAM.
