Downloading EOY Reports

End of Year reports can be accessed directly from ADAM.  These reports include the following report types:

• School System CSV (only available for EOY reporting)
• School CSV (only available for EOY reporting)
• Individual Student Reports (ISR) by class PDF

To access these reports, use the Report Assets feature. Find the Report Assets menu option under the reporting menu in ADAM. Report Assets provides a tool for District and School Test Coordinators to quickly download District CSVs, School CSVs and Student Individual Reports (by class).

1. Log into ADAM at https://www.adamexam.com.
2. Click Reporting to open the menu.
   
3. Click Report Assets
   
   
   
4. You will be taken to the Report Assets screen. Report Assets are delivered based upon your permission set in ADAM. 
   - District user: access to navigate through the schools and classes in your districts. To get into a class where you can download the reports for that class.
   - School user: access to navigate into the classes in your school(s). To get into a class where you can download the reports for that class.
   
   This workflow shows moving from a District (DeSoto Parish) into the School, then into the specific Class. If you are an STC, you would start by seeing the School you have access to view.
   
   To see the files for the entire district, click the Files button.
   
   
   
   
5. In the screenshot below, I've clicked on the arrow next to DeSoto Parish to view the schools within the Parish. 
   
   To see the files for the:
   - entire district, click the Files button in the district row
   - entire school, click the Files button in the school row
   - the class, click the Files button in the class row
   
   
   
   Next, I clicked on the arrow next to the specific school to view the classes with the school.
   
   NOTE:  At any time you can either click on the 'Files' toggle at the top of the page or the blue oval button on each row to see the files you have access to view.
   
   
   
   Next, I clicked on the file button found to the right of the class to see the files for the class
   
   
   
6. Click the Download arrow to export/open any of the report files.
   
   
   NOTE: The list of files includes all files (W1, W2 and W3).
   Use the filter on the Files page to look at only the files you want to read. For example, for Window 3, set the filter to 'W3'
   
   Another filter is available to filter the results by specific report types. Choose to view only EOY Class PDF ISRs or EOY School CSVs.
   
   
   There are three EOY reports for download:
   EOY Class PDF ISR - this is a downloadable PDF containing all the ISRs for the class
   EOY School CSV - this is a downloadable CSV file for the school
   EOY School System CSV - this is a downloadable CSV file for the school system
   
   
7. Your PDF might open in another window. The CSV file is downloaded to wherever you have your download preferences set to go.  In this example, the file is sent into the system tray (see 016010_07_016...csv)
