Accountability Codes are added to test sessions when a student is not taking or cannot complete a scheduled Test Administration. A School Test Coordinator (STC) has authority in ADAM to add the accountability code.
This document displays the steps needed to update a student's accountability code on a specific Test Administration.
Note that Accountability Codes are required for all operational assessments.

Click the View link for the PROCTOR GROUP section in the specific Administration
NOTE: If you do not know the name of the Administration, use the Search options to find Administrations by Test, Course, Class or Student |

Search for the student needing the accountability code by student name or id. The search finds which proctor group the student is in. |

| 4 | Click the Students link in the Actions column | |
| 5 | Find the student needing the accountability code and click on the Apply link in the Code column | |
| 6 | Choose the accountability code from the drop down list and click the OK button to save | |

The accountability code is displayed on the sessions page Hover over provides the description of the code |
