As we moved from Window 2 to Window 3, it is possible that some of your existing classes did NOT get updated to the new course for Window 3 or newly created classes were set up with the wrong course.
If that happened, the students in those classes are not considered eligible for testing in Window 3 and would be missing from the Administrations for Window 3.
Step 1: Review
From the Rostering Menu in the left navigation bar in ADAM, select Classes
In the summary screen with your list of classes, take notice of the course registration information in the Course column.
The W3 registration should show as one of the following based on the grade level:
These are the eligible courses for Window 3:
- W3 3rd Grade 2023-2024
- W3 4th Grade 2023-2024
- W3 5th Grade 2023-2024
- W3 6th Grade 2023-2024
- W3 7th Grade 2023-2024
- W3 8th Grade 2023-2024
Step 2: Modify
If you need to add the W3 course designation to a class:
- Select that class from the summary list by clicking on the Edit button in the Action column.
- On the class information page, select the W3 appropriate course from the Course drop down menu
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SUBMIT.
Step 3: Verify
Check to see if the students in the updated class have been added to the Window 3 Administrations by going to the Test Management menu on the left navigation bar, and selecting Administrations. You can also check individual students by checking that the W3 administrations appear under "Administrations" on the student's information page. Note that the system rescans hourly, so you may experience some delay before you see your students in the updated Administrations.
