When verifying class enrollments, you will be opening up the class and comparing the students on the ADAM roster to your existing class rosters. If there are too many students in ADAM, they may need to be removed or they may need to be added. This article explains how to add students to an existing class. - Navigate in ADAM to Rostering | Classes
- Find a class that you want to verify the student enrollments and click the edit button
- Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the Students section. There are two actions you might take with students. You can add new students or edit enrollments.

Add Students by clicking on the Add Student button
- Search for students to add into the class; by student (name or id) or grade level. Click the plus sign next to the student(s) you want to include into the class
- Once you've added all the students into the class, click the Submit button on the class.

- Edit Enrollments by clicking on the Edit Enrollment button
- Remove Students from the class by clicking the red trash can
- Update the Primary Enrollment status. Only enrollments set as Primary Enrollments qualify a student to be added into an Administration. A student should have only 1 primary enrollment.
- Click the Save Enrollment button to save changes
- Then click the Submit button to save the class changes
